井冈山革命根据地的交通通信组织形式研究

摘　　要：井冈山时期,面对国民党军队的进攻与封锁、山高路远的偏僻地域、内部通信资源的匮乏以及自身建设能力不足等现实困境,根据地党组织坚持一切从实际出发,充分利用各种资源和条件组建起交通通信组织,担负着为党政军传递公文、信件与情报,护送人员以及输送物资的任务。其组织形式从委派专人随到随送,到设立交通站、通信处、采运处、递步哨等交通机构接力转递,再到组建赤色邮局开展全程全网联合作业,经历了从无到有,从小到大,不断健全、完善的发展历程,不仅为开辟与建设根据地发挥了不可替代的重要作用,而且成为“人民邮政”的源头,为中国邮政事业的建设与发展开辟了新路。交通通信组织形式的多样化反映出党探索革命道路的艰辛历程,是党的历史主动精神的集中体现。During the Jinggangshan period,in the face of the practical difficulties such as attacks and blockades of the Kuomintang troops,in remote areas with high mountains and long roads,lack of internal transportation and communication resources,and insufficient self-building capacity,the organizations of the CPC insisted on proceeding from reality,making full use of various resources and conditions to set up transportation and communication organizations,which were responsible for delivering official documents,letters,and information for the party,government,and army,escorting cadres and personnel,and transporting materials.Its organizational form has gone through a process of continuous improvement,from appointing dedicated personnel to deliver in time to setting up transportation agencies such as transportation stations,communication offices,procurement offices,and delivery outposts for relay transmission,and then to establishing the red post office to carry out the entire network joint operation.It has not only played an irreplaceable important role in opening up and constructing the Jinggangshan Revolutionary Base,but also become the origin of"People's Post",which has found a new road for the construction and development of China Post.The diversification of the organizational form of transportation and communication reflects the arduous journey of the Party in exploring the revolutionary path,and is a concentrated reflection of the Party's historical initiative.
