摘 要:分析了电机不同损耗与母线电压之间关系,并通过分析一台永磁同步电机在不同母线电压下的测试数据,探讨了母线电压对电机效率的影响。结果表明,铁心损耗随母线电压的升高而增大;在低转速阶段,定子铜耗和杂散损耗不受母线电压的影响,在高转速阶段,母线电压越大,定子铜耗和杂散损耗越小;电机效率高效工作区占比随母线电压的升高而升高,且随母线电压的升高向高速高转矩方向移动。The relationship between different motor losses and DC bus voltage was analyzed,and the motor efficiency of a permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)under different DC bus voltages was test.The results showed that the iron core loss increased with the increase of DC bus voltage.In the low-speed stage,the stator copper loss and stray loss were not affected by the DC bus voltage,while in the high-speed stage,the higher the DC bus voltage,the smaller the stator copper loss and stray loss.The proportion of high-efficiency working area of motor efficiency increased with the increase of DC bus voltage,and moved to high-speed and high-torque direction with the increase of DC bus voltage.
