摘　　要：新时代下培育壮大战略性新兴产业是适应于国家发展战略和产业技术新变革,是实现产业转型升级和高质量发展目标的战略选择。研究表明,新时代下我国战略性新兴产业在培育壮大过程中呈现出产业分工持续深化细化、产业发展集群化和园区化、专精特新企业成为新兴产业衍生的明星企业等新特征;面临着产业关键核心技术不够成熟稳定、产业创新链薄弱且不够完整、产业培育壮大融资约束和成本高、传统产业向战略性新兴产业转型难度大等问题和挑战。据此,从强化产业政策效应、创新技术引领、构建全产业链、持续培育壮大行业龙头企业等层面提出了新时代下培育壮大我国战略性新兴产业的路径选择。To cultivate and strengthen strategic emerging industries in the new era is a strategic choice to meet the needs of the national development strategy and new industrial technological changes and to realize industrial transformation and upgrading and high-quality development goals.The research shows that in the process of the development of strategic emerging industries in the new era,there are some new characteristics including the continuous deepening and refinement of industrial division,industrial clustering and parkization,and the specialized and special new enterprises becoming Star Enterprises.It is faced with such problems and challenges as the lack of maturity and stability of key industrial core technologies,the weakness and incompleteness of industrial innovation chain,the high financing constraint and cost of industrial cultivation and expansion,and the difficulty in transforming traditional industries into strategic emerging industries.Based on this,the paper puts forward the path choice of cultivating and strengthening strategic emerging industries in the new era from four aspects:strengthening the effect of industrial policy,leading by innovative technology,constructing the whole industrial chain,and continuously cultivating and strengthening the leading enterprises in the industry.
