摘　　要：加强高校实验室管理使之适应高校创新型人才培养目标是新形势下对高校实验室管理提出的更高要求。无机化学实验室是药学院校学生从事药学实践的第一个重要基地,其建设和管理水平对药学类及相关专业的教学和科研工作具有重要的影响。针对药学院校无机化学实验室的特点以及存在的各种管理问题和原因,引进精细化管理理念并进一步探索和实践,取得了明显的成效,促进了无机化学实验室的规范化管理,提高了无机化学实验室的实用性和高效性,对创新人才培养目标的实现起到了推动作用。Under current situation greater demands are being placed on laboratory management by strengthening laboratory management to adapt the educational goals to cultivate creative talents in colleges and universities.Inorganic chemistry laboratory is the first and important experimental place for students in colleges and universities of pharmacy,of which the level of construction and management has significant effect on teaching and research work of pharmacy and related majors.For the inorganic chemistry laboratory in colleges and universities of pharmacy,considering the characteristics and the management problems with underlying causes,the concept of detailed management was brought up and further explored and practiced.Remarkable success has been achieved,contributing the standardized management of inorganic chemistry laboratory,improving high efficiency and practicality of inorganic chemistry laboratory and promoting realization of the educational goals to cultivate creative talents.
