建设贵州大学危险废弃物管理体系的思考

摘　　要：“双一流”建设新形势下,高校实验室作为开展创新人才培养和社会服务的重要载体其重要性日益突显。同时各种安全问题随之产生,危险废物的规范化管理工作也提到日事议程。通过分析目前危险废物管理工作的现状及存在的问题,提出积极探索建设危险废物管理体系、健全危险废物的管理制度、加强危险废物的分类分级、加强文化教育及完善考核激励、加强危险废物配套硬件设施建设等具有建设性的指导思路,进一步提升危险废物的规范化管理水平。Under the new situation of“double first-class”construction,the laboratory is an carrier to carry out innovative personnel training and social services.It seems more and more important.Various safety problems arise,the standardized management of hazardous waste is still difficult.With analyzing the present situation and problems of hazardous waste management,it is presented the constructive guidline such as actively exploring the construction of hazardous waste management system,improving the hazardous waste management system,strengthening the classification of hazardous waste,strengthening cultural education,assessment and incentive system,and strengthening the construction of supporting hardware facilities.As a result,it can further improve the level of the standardized management of hazardous waste in our school.
