摘  要:采矿工程是一门具有复杂性、整体性和系统性特点的学科。受制于开发平台等条件,采矿专业学生开展创新活动难度大、可持续性差,且与矿山现场应用存在较大距离。提出了一种基于开源程序的大学生科技创新实践平台(BPIP平台),该平台以Blender开源软件为载体,以Python为脚本语言,通过交互方式调用Blender自带内置引擎,构建一套支撑服务于矿山生产、灾害仿真等的三维可视化仿真平台。通过引入人工智能、数学建模等方法和思路,实现了矿山井巷自动生成、采矿参数优化、灾害动态仿真等内容。结合华北科技学院采矿专业学生的科技创新实践,BPIP平台已被成功应用于三维矿山模型快速构建、爆破设计三维可视化以及突水灾害避灾仿真等创新活动,取得了良好的效果。Mining engineering is a subject with the characteristics of complexity,integrity and system.Confined to the development platform and other conditions,it is difficult for students majoring in mining to carry out innovative activities,and the sustainability is poor,and there is a large distance between them and the field application of mining.In this paper,a BPIP platform for college students based on open source program is proposed.This platform takes Blender open source software as the carrier,Python as the scripting language,and calls Blender s built-in engine in an interactive way to build a set of 3D visual simulation platform supporting mine production and disaster simulation,etc.Through the introduction of artificial intelligence,mathematical modeling and other methods and ideas,the automatic generation of mine shaft and lane,mining parameter optimization,dynamic simulation of disaster and other contents are realized.Combined with the scientific and technological innovation practice of mining students in North China University of Science and Technology,BPIP platform has been successfully applied to the rapid construction of three-dimensional mine model,three-dimensional visualization of blasting design and simulation of water inburst disaster avoidance and other innovative activities,and achieved good results.
