摘 要:二氧化钌(RuO_(2))具备较高的电阻稳定性和较低的电阻温度系数,被广泛应用于制备厚膜电阻浆料的导电相。以无水氯化钌为原料,水为反应介质,选用绿色且经济的还原剂,利用水热还原法,得到了兼具单分散和高球形度的RuO_(2)颗粒,可满足电阻浆料制备的需要。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析了RuO_(2)粉的形貌、粒径和团聚状态,以X射线衍射仪(XRD)检测颗粒的晶相,并利用电化学工作站测试了RuO_(2)球形颗粒与RuO_(2)/CuO复合材料的电阻特性。结果表明:单分散、球形度高、尺寸均匀的金红石型纳米RuO_(2)的阻抗值最小,其导电性明显优于出现明显团聚的RuO_(2)颗粒,RuO_(2)/CuO也表现出较强的导电性。由阻抗测试结果可知,RuO_(2)颗粒的加入可显著提升CuO的导电性。Ruthenium dioxide(RuO_(2))exhibits high electrical resistance stability and a low temperature coefficient of resistance,making it widely used as the conductive phase in the preparation of thick-film resistor pastes.By employing anhydrous ruthenium chloride as the raw material and water as the reaction medium,monodisperse RuO_(2)powder with high sphericity through a liquid phase chemical re-ducing hydrothermal precipitation method were obtained.The morphology,particle size,and agglomeration of RuO_(2)powder were ana-lyzed by using scanning electron microscopy(SEM),while the crystal phase of the powder was detected using an X-ray diffractometer(XRD).Additionally,the resistive properties of both RuO_(2)and RuO_(2)/CuO were tested using an electrochemical workstation.The results showed that the monodispersed,high-sphericity,and uniformly sized nano RuO_(2)exhibited the lowest impedance,and its conductivity was significantly superior to RuO_(2)particles with obvious agglomeration.Moreover,compared to CuO,RuO_(2)/CuO also displayed superior conductivity.
