摘　　要：SCR9000铜杆生产线是广州江铜铜材有限公司2019年从美国南线公司引进的生产线,铸轮直径达到3660 mm,重量4.5 t。铸轮在使用一段时间后需要下线对铜环表面进行喷砂处理,清理表面杂质,以形成特定粗糙度,提高表面强度。传统铸轮喷砂一般以普通黄砂为媒介,采用人工喷砂方式,工作环境恶劣。通过自主研究和设计,研制了可自动运行的、适用于SCR9000铜杆生产线的铸轮喷砂机。SCR9000 copper rod production line is introduced by Guangzhou JCC Copper Products Co.,Ltd.from Southwire Company in 2019.The diameter of the casting wheel is 3660 mm and the weight is 4.5 t.After the casting wheel is used for a period of time,it is necessary to sand blast the surface of copper ring off the line to clean the impurities,form a specific roughness and improve the surface strength.Traditional sand blasting of casting wheel generally adopts ordinary yellow sand,and manual sand blasting has a bad working environment.Through independent design and research,an automatic casting wheel sand blasting machine suitable for SCR 9000 cop-per rod production line has been developed.
