摘  要:为提高数控机床设计开发的效率与准确性,构建基于隐性知识推理的数控机床设计系统。以立式滚齿机为例,通过聚类分析法与因子分析法约简和筛选出代表性意象词及样本图;应用数量化理论I类,结合SPSS软件获得两者间的映射及函数关系;运用基元建模原理建立机床造型隐性、显性知识的数学表征模型,利用Visual Studio软件编制设计系统及界面,并进行用户隐性知识到显性知识的转换和运算。结果表明,该系统可准确输出满足用户偏好的设计方案,为机床制造企业研发产品造型提供参考。To improve the efficiency and accuracy of numerical control machine design and development,a CNC machine design system based on tacit knowledge inference is constructed.Taking a vertical gear hobbing machine as an example,the representative imagery words and sample diagrams are simplified and selected by cluster analysis and factor analysis,and the mapping and functional relationships between them are obtained by the Quantitative Theory I combined with SPSS software.The mathematical representation model of tacit and explicit knowledge of machine tool modeling is established by the principle of primitive modeling.The design system and interface are compiled by Visual Studio software,and the conversion and operation are conducted for users from tacit knowledge to explicit knowledge.It is indicated that the system can accurately output design solutions that meet user preferences,and provide references for machine tool manufacturing enterprises to develop product shapes.
