摘 要:针对目前质量在150~300 kg小卫星的构型与结构设计存在定制化设计,面向多种载荷布局、多型运载火箭发射环境、组批快速部署的适应能力不强的问题,文章设计了一种适合组批部署的双隔板四点连接式小卫星构型与结构,采用标准主承力结构,构型截面可变,结构主承力接头X向间距可调,并开展了结构分析及优化设计。经验证表明:在可调设计范围内,结构一阶固有频率变化小于2 Hz,最小值为40.8 Hz,主承力结构最低安全裕度为0.28,可满足我国多型运载火箭的要求,具有多种载荷布局适应性强、多型运载火箭发射环境适应性强、组批快速部署适应性强的特点,可为同类型组批部署需求的小卫星设计提供参考。In response to the customized design of the configuration and structure of small satellite with the range of 150~300kg,and weak adaptability to the layout of various payloads,the launch environment of various types of vehicles,and rapid group deployment,the configuration and structure of a small satellite with double clapboards and four-point connection for group deployment is designed,which adopts the standard main load-bearing structure,variable configuration section and the sdjustable X-direction pacing the main load-bearing joints,and the configuration and structure is carried out by structural analysis and optimization method.Through verification,the results show that within the adjustable design range,the variation of the structure first-order natural frequency is less than 2.0Hz,the minimum first-order natural frequency of the structure is 40.8Hz,and the minimum safety margin of the main bearing structure is 0.28,which can meet the requirements of chinese multi rockets.This configuration and structure has the characteristics of strong adaptability to the layout of various payloads,strong adaptability to the launch environment of various types of vehicles,and strong adaptability to group deployment rapidly.It can provide reference for the design of small satellites with the same type for group deployment.
