摘 要:梳理了美国天基空间目标监视系统发展历史及现状,通过美国发射的典型技术试验卫星和空间监视装备总结出抵近详查卫星、广域监视卫星、子母卫星3个天基空间监视系统发展的方向。详细介绍了典型空间目标监视系统:天基空间目标监视系统(SBSS)、地球同步轨道空间态势感知计划(GSSAP)、空间增强型同步轨道实验平台卫星(EAGLE)、快速在轨空间技术和评估环(ROOSTER)。阐述了4种先进空间监视系统的基本信息、任务需求及技术指标。在此基础上,根据美国天基空间目标监视系统技术特点及发展方向,结合国内情况,提出了相关建议。Firstly,this paper reviews the development history and current situation of the space-based space target surveillance system in the United States,and summarizes the development direction of three space-based space surveillance systems,namely proximity detailed survey satellite,wide-area monitoring satellite,and sub-parent satellite,through the typical technology test satellites and space surveillance equipment launched by the United States.Typical space target monitoring systems are described in detail:the Space-based Space Target Monitoring System(SBSS),the Earth Synchronous Orbit Space Situation Awareness Program(GSSAP),the Space Enhanced Synchronous Orbit Experimental Platform Satellite(EAGLE),and the Rapid in-orbit Space Technology and Evaluation Ring(ROOSTER).The basic information,task requirements and technical indexes of four advanced space monitoring systems are described.On this basis,the relevant suggestions are put forward based on the technical characteristics and development direction of the US space-based space target monitoring system,combined with the domestic situation.
