摘  要:为明确“空巢青年”员工孤独感对工作幸福感的作用机制,构造一个有调节的中介模型,重点考察焦虑感在二者中的中介作用以及对情绪调节自我效能感的中介调节作用。以444名“空巢青年”员工为被试,采用问卷调查法对被试孤独感、焦虑感、工作幸福感及情绪调节自我效能感进行研究。结果显示:在限制被试的性别、学历、行业后,孤独感对被试的工作幸福感具有显著的负向影响作用;焦虑感在孤独感与工作幸福感的关系中具有部分中介作用;情绪调节自我效能感在中介模型中具有调节作用。表明情绪调节自我效能感能有效缓解“空巢青年”员工的焦虑感,间接提升“空巢青年”员工的工作幸福感。To clarify the mechanism by which loneliness among “Empty nest” young employees affects job-related well-being,a moderated mediation model was constructed.This research focuses on examining the mediating role of anxiety in the relationship between the two,as well as the mediating role of Regulatory emotional self-efficacy.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 444 “Empty nest” young employees to investigate their feelings of loneliness,anxiety,job-related well-being,and regulatory emotional self-efficacy.The results show that after controlling for the gender,education level,and industry of the participants,loneliness has a significant negative impact on their job-related well-being;anxiety can partially mediate the relationship between loneliness and job-related well-being;regulatory emotional self-efficacy plays a moderating role in the mediation model.This indicates that emotional regulation self-efficacy can effectively alleviate the anxiety of “Empty nest” young employees and indirectly enhance their job-related well-being.The research results have implications for how to alleviate the loneliness of “Empty nest” young employees and improve their job-related well-being.
