广元千佛崖石窟石刻彩妆彩绘颜料加固材料筛选实验

摘　　要：由于自然环境因素的长期作用,广元千佛崖石窟石刻彩妆的颜料层存在着脱落、龟裂、起甲、泡状起甲、裂隙、覆盖、涂写、烟熏、水渍、泥渍、动物病害、微生物病害、泛盐、粉尘污染、地仗层脱落、酥碱等病害。为了治理石刻彩妆病害,本文在实地调查广元千佛崖石窟保存环境现状的基础上,依据石刻彩妆颜料成分分析结果,以及壁画、彩绘类文物保护修复的三种材料的实验室筛选研究,得知Primai AC-33乳液可以作为广元千佛崖石刻彩妆彩绘颜料的加固材料。Due to the long-term degradation in the natural environment,the pigmented layers of the stone carvings in the Qianfodong Grottoes in Guangyuan have suffered from issues such as peeling,cracking,blisters,blistering,fissures,coverings,writings,smoke stains,water stains,mud stains,animal diseases,microbial diseases,efflorescence,dust contamination,detachment of ground layers,and efflorescence.To solve these problems,based on field investigations of the current preservation environment of the Qianfodong Grottoes and the compositional analysis of pigments used in the stone carvings,as well as laboratory screening of three types of materials commonly used in the conservation and restoration of murals and painted artifacts,this paper identifies Primai AC-33 emulsion as a strengthening material for the pigments in the Qianfodong Grottoes'stone carvings.
