摘 要:以含特殊硅烷结构的丙烯酸酯单体S、含碳碳双键的封端异氰酸酯单体K以及丙烯酰氧丙基笼型聚倍半硅氧烷为原料,采用乳液聚合制备了无氟防水防污整理剂,再通过浸-轧-烘工艺整理到织物表面。对整理前后的织物进行红外光谱和微观形貌分析,测试了防水性和对不同污渍的防护性能。结果表明,新型无氟防水防污整理剂在纤维表面完成了低表面能界面和纳米表面粗糙度的构筑,整理织物的防水性可达85分,对酱油、异丙醇溶液20%(质量分数)和玉米油可保持1800s内不发生润湿或芯吸现象。聚合及整理工艺环保、简单,具有较好的产业化前景,创造性地赋予了无氟整理剂防植物油性能。Fluorine-free waterproofing and anti-stain finishing agent was prepared by emulsion polymerization us-ing acrylate monomer S with special silane structure,blocked isocyanate monomer K with C C bond and acryloyloxypro——pyl cage polyhedral silsesquioxane as raw materials.Fluorine-free waterproof and anti-stain finishing agent was prepared by emulsion polymerization,and then it was finished to the surface of fabric by dip rolling drying process.The infrared spectrum and morphology of the finished fabric were analyzed,and its waterproof performance and protection against differ-ent types of stains were tested.The results showed that the fluorine-free waterproofing and anti-stain finishing agent suc-cessfully constructed low surface tension film and nano surface roughness on the fiber surface.The water resistance of the finished fabric was up to 85 points,and no wetting or core absorption occurred testing with soy sauce,20%(mass fraction)isopropyl alcohol solution and corn oil for 1800 s.The polymerization and finishing process is environmentally friendly,simple and efficient,and has a good industrialization prospect.This study creatively endowed with fluorine-free finishing agent anti-vegetable oil properties.
