摘 要:首先介绍了棉织物的历史地位及退浆、煮练、漂白等前处理工艺,以及棉织物碱氧一浴法在线检测与自动配比加料的原理。然后对双氧水及碱液自动配比加料的难点及可行性进行分析,同时对比传统人工加料和在线检测、自动配比加料的优缺点及解决办法。最后对自动检测加料的推广普及与未来应用前景进行展望。Firstly,the historical status of cotton fabrics and pretreatment processes such as desizing,boiling and bleaching were introduced,as well as the principle of on-line detection and automatic proportional dosing in the alkaline-oxygen one-bath method for cotton fabrics.Then the difficulties and feasibility of automatic proportional dosing of hydrogen peroxide and lye were analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages of traditional manual dosing and automatic detection and proportional dosing and solutions were compared at the same time.Finally,the promotion and popularization of auto-matic proportional dosing and its future application prospects were expected.
