摘 要:采用微波消解仪将纺织品金属附件消解后,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)测定金属附件中总铅、总镉的含量。结果表明:铅的方法检出限为2.54 mg/kg,镉的方法检出限为1.67 mg/kg;铅的回收率为93.6%~99.1%,镉的回收率为94.7%~97.8%;铅和镉的精密度RSD值均小于5%,满足实验要求。本法能够准确、有效地测定金属附件中总铅总镉的含量。The content of total lead and cadmium in textile metal accessories was measured by an inductively cou-pled plasma emission spectrometer after microwave digestion instrument.The results showed that the lead detection limit was 2.54 mg/kg,the cadmium detection limit was 1.67 mg/kg,lead recovery was within the scope of 93.6%-99.1%,cadmi-um recovery was within the scope of 94.7%-97.8%,the precision RSD of lead and cadmium were less than 5%,which could meet test requirements.This method can accurately and effectively determine the content of total lead and cadmium in textile metal accessories.
