摘  要:鄂北水资源配置工程七方渡槽为多向预应力渡槽,在其建设过程中,采用BIM技术建立渡槽结构的全尺寸、高精度三维模型,然后将渡槽结构、模板加固体系等三维模型进行碰撞检查,及时发现设计图纸的问题,避免了后期模板制作返工影响工程进度,提高了工程质量。从BIM建模、碰撞检查、有限元受力分析、预应力构件定位、施工工艺优化等方面,详细介绍了BIM在预应力渡槽施工中的应用,可为类似工程提供借鉴。The Qifang aqueduct in the Water Resources Allocation Project in Northern Hubei Area is a multi-directional pre-stressed structure.During its construction process,BIM technology is used to build full size,high precision three-dimensional models of the aqueduct structure.Then,collision checks are carried out with the models of the aqueduct structure and the formwork and reinforcement systems to promptly identify possible problems of the design drawings,thus avoiding the later re-work of the formworks and the schedule delay,and improving the construction quality.From various aspects,including the BIM modeling,collision check,finite element analysis,pre-stressed component positioning,and construction process optimization,the application of BIM technology in the construction of pre-stressed aqueducts is introduced in detail,which provides useful reference for similar projects.
