摘 要:HMB型液压弹簧操作机构通过储能电机带动油泵打压对弹簧储能,储能电机启动频率直接反映液压弹簧操作机构的运行状态,其频繁启动是液压弹簧操作机构的常见故障之一,主要是由于其机构液压油外漏与异常内漏、控制回路故障等原因引起,一般可以通过故障的现象快速判断,进而采取相应的检修策略与针对性的预防措施。本文还结合案例展示了故障的分析处理过程,有助于提升断路器故障分析处理效率,提高设备运行可靠性。The HMB type hydraulic spring operating mechanism uses an energy storage electromotor to drive the oil pump to pressurize the spring and store energy.The starting frequency of the energy storage electromotor directly reflects the operating status of the mechanism.Frequent starting fault of the electromotor is one of the common faults of the hydraulic spring operating mechanism,which is mainly caused by external leakage or abnormal internal leakage of the hydraulic oil,or control circuit faults.Generally,these faults can be quickly identified through their symptoms,and treated with corresponding maintenance strategies and targeted prevention measures.Also,the analysis and treatment process of the fault is demonstrated with case studies.It can help to improve the fault analysis and treatment efficiency of circuit breakers,and improve the operational reliability of equipment.
