摘  要:鉴于水电站利用水能发电的特殊性,水轮发电机组过速甚至飞逸后可能造成顶盖把合螺栓断裂、流道泄漏、水淹厂房等严重后果,本文全面介绍了长河坝水电站通过利用纯机械液压过速保护装置,使得机组过速状态下事故配压阀动作关机的同时,筒型阀与事故配压阀联动关机,极大地提高了机组过速防止飞逸的安全性和可靠性。可供同类型水电厂提高安全生产管理和设备可靠性参考。Due to the special nature of hydropower generation,over-speed or even runaway of the hydro-turbine generator unit may cause serious consequences such as broken of the top cover bolts,leakage of the flow channel,or flooding of the plant.In Changheba Hydropower station,a pure mechanical hydraulic over-speed protection device is adopted.When the emergency pressure distribution valve acts and shuts down in case of an over-speed state,the cylinder valve and the emergency pressure distribution valve are interlocked and shut down,which greatly improves the safety and reliability of the over-speed prevention and anti-runaway measures of the unit.It provides useful reference for similar hydropower plants to improve their safe production management and equipment reliability.
