摘　　要：目的:基于CiteSpace对复方紫草油相关文献进行可视化分析,探究其研究热点及应用范围。方法:以国家知识基础设施数据库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊数据库(CCD)、中国学术期刊数据库(CSPD)和中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)为检索数据库,检索复方紫草油相关文献并去重,运用Excel、CiteSpace软件分析年度发文量、地区、作者、关键词、关键词聚类分析并绘制可视化图谱。结果:共纳入826篇文献、30个地区、381名作者、315个关键词和10个关键词聚类。年度总发文量和各数据库呈三段式发展,其中山东报道复方紫草油相关研究最多,形成了以李元文-肖飞为核心的作者团队,现代研究内容聚焦于复方紫草油临床病种,涉及部分药理及基础研究。结论:复方紫草油研究历史悠久、内容广泛,形成多地域、多团队的共发展形态,涉及皮肤、肿瘤、肛肠、妇科、儿科等多个领域,存在中药油纱条、中药贴敷、中药涂擦、中药滴鼻及中药灌洗等多种制剂形态,但缺乏地区相互合作,核心作者团较少,存在缺乏基础研究支持的超说明书应用情况,建议后续补足。Objective:To conduct a visual analysis of literature related to Compound oleum lithospermi based on CiteSpace,and explore the research hotspots and application scopes.Methods:China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Chinese Citation Database(CCD)and Chinese Science Citation Database(CSPD)and China Biology Medicine(CBM)were searched for relevant literature on Compound oleum lithospermi.After deduplication,Excel and CiteSpace were used to analyze the annual publication volume,region,authors,keywords and keyword clusters,and draw a visualized graph.Results:A total of 826 articles were included,involving 30 regions,381 authors,315 keywords,and 10 keyword clusters.The annual total number of publications and various databases have developed in a three-stage manner,with Shandong publishing the most research on Compound oleum lithospermi and forming a team of authors with Li Yuanwen and Xiao Fei as the cores.Modern research focused on clinical diseases treated by Compound oleum lithospermi,and there were some pharmacological and basic research.Conclusion:The research on Compound oleum lithospermi has a long history and extensive content,where a multi-region and multi-team co-development form has been developed,involving multiple fields such as skin,tumors,anorectal diseases,gynecology and pediatrics and various traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)preparations such as TCM gauze strips,applications,scrubbing,nasal drops and lavage.However,there is a lack of regional co-operation and a small number of core author groups,and phenomena such as off-label drug use without basic research support occurred,which should be improved in the future.
