补肾治法方药防治精神疾病的作用机制及应用前景

摘　　要：中医学认为“肾藏精,精舍志”,肾与精神情志活动关系密切。临床研究表明,补肾治法方药对抑郁症、焦虑症、精神分裂症等精神疾病具有良好的疗效;补肾治法方药可作用于下丘脑、海马、杏仁核等相关脑区,改善动物行为学异常,发挥抗精神疾病的作用,其神经药理学作用机制与其调控下丘脑-垂体-靶腺轴、调节神经递质和神经营养因子合成释放以及相关信号通路等有关。现对目前基础和临床研究中存在的问题,同时从病证结合动物模型、多学科多手段联合、循证医学和临床疗效评定等方面对今后补肾治法方药防治精神疾病的研究思路及运用前景进行了探讨和展望。In traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),there is“kidney storing essence and essence governing memory”,which suggests that kidney is closely related to mental activities.Clinical research has shown that Chinese medicinal formulas of tonifying the kidney have good effects on depression,anxiety,schizophrenia and other psychiatric diseases.Kidney-tonifying formulas can act on hypothalamus,hippocampus,amygdala and other related brain regions as well as improve the behavior of animals,playing an antipsychotic role.The neuropharmacological mechanism is correlated with the regulation of hypothalamus-pituitary-target gland axis,the synthesis and release of neurotransmitters and neurotrophic factors,and related signaling pathways.This paper pointed out the existing problems in current basic and clinical research.Moreover,the research ideas and application prospect of kidney-tonifying formulas in the prevention and treatment of psychiatric diseases were discussed from animal models of disease and TCM syndromes,multi-discipline and multi-way combination,evidence-based medicine and assessment of clinical response.
