摘  要:对304、316L不锈钢在不同温度采用不同氮氢比的渗剂进行了离子渗氮和稀土元素催渗离子渗氮试验。结果表明:在580℃离子渗氮的304、316L钢渗层最均匀;在580℃采用N_(2)∶H_(2)=1∶3的渗剂稀土元素La催渗的304钢渗层深度为0.120 mm,316L不锈钢的渗层深度为0.112 mm,表面硬度均约为1000 HV0.1,渗层均匀;在580℃采用N_(2)∶H_(2)=1∶3的渗剂,为使这两种不锈钢获得深度相同的渗层,稀土元素催渗离子渗氮需要9 h,而常规离子渗氮需要10 h。304 and 316 L stainless steels were subjected to trial ion nitriding and rare-earth-catalyzed ion nitriding at different temperatures in nitriding agents where nitrogen to hydrogen ratios were different.The results demonstrated that(a)304 and 316 L steels ion nitrided at 580℃exhibited the most uniform nitrided case;(b)after being subjected to ion nitriding catalyzed by lanthanum element at 580℃in nitriding agent where nitrogen to hydrogen ratio was 1-to-3,the nitrided case was 0.120 mm depth for 304 steel and 0.112 mm depth for 316L steel,the their surface hardness was about 1000 HV0.1,and the nitrided case was uniform;and(c)when nitriding temperature was 580℃and nitriding agent where nitrogen to hydrogen ratio was 1-to-3 was used,the ion nitriding catalyzed by rare-earth required 9 h,whereas the conventional ion nitriding required 10 h in order to cause the two stainless steels to develop the nitrided case identical in depth.
