摘　　要：简要分析了某企业在生产中遇到的几个热处理问题的原因,包括气体渗碳过程中的氧探头故障、钳体淬火畸变过大和制动盘氢至断裂。提出了解决这些问题的措施。The causes of several problems encountered in production in an enterprise,including fault of the oxygen probe during gas carburizing,excess quenching distortion of the pincers body,and hydrogen-induced fracture of the brake disc,were analyzed briefly.The solutions to these problems were put forward.
