摘 要:测压钻孔密封是煤层瓦斯测压的关键步骤,若钻孔密封段位于巷道围岩松动圈范围内,可能造成测压钻孔密封失效进而导致测压失败。为确定巷道围岩松动圈范围,进而确定封孔起始位置,在考虑损伤变量基础上推导了原岩应力作用下围岩松动圈范围计算式。结合巷道掘进爆破作用对围岩松动圈的影响,通过理论推导获得了原岩应力和爆破共同作用下的巷道围岩松动圈范围计算模型,同时根据相关参数进行了算例分析。该研究为煤矿井下测压钻孔密封起始位置的确定及工艺可靠性提供了理论支持。The sealing of gas pressure determination boreholes is the basis for the measurement of coal seam gas pressure.If the sealing section of the drilling hole is located within the loose zone of roadway surrounding rock,it may cause the sealing failure of gas pressure determination boreholes and then lead to the failure of pressure measurement.In order to determine the range of loose zone of roadway surrounding rock and the sealing start position,firstly,the calculation formula for the range of surrounding rock loose zone under the action of original rock stress is derived based on the damage variable.Secondly,considering the influence of tunnel excavation blasting on the loose zone of surrounding rock,the calculation model of the loose zone range of roadway surrounding rock under the joint influence of original rock stress and blasting is derived,and the analysis of a calculation example is carried out with relevant parameters.Our study provides a theoretical support and process reliability for the determination of the initial position of seal for the pressure measuring borehole in coal mine.
