摘  要:针对高应力动载巷道围岩变形量大,返修次数多,常规支护手段控制巷道围岩变形收效甚微现状,以霍州煤电辛置煤矿高应力动载冲击巷道为工程背景,分析高应力动载冲击巷道围岩变形破坏特征及规律。基于围岩弱结构吸能原理,建立不同颗粒围岩弱结构数值计算模型,分析围岩弱结构不同颗粒吸能效果,揭示弱结构吸能防冲与巷道支护结构协同作用机理。结合现场实际工况,提出内置钢管支撑护壁及反复钻孔致裂弱结构防冲技术并进行工业性试验。试验结果表明,弱结构吸能防冲与巷道支护结构协同支护,有效达到巷道围岩弱结构吸能防冲不破坏支护结构的目的,发挥“弱中有强”的协同支护作用,试验巷道顶板未发生离层现象,最大变形量为32 mm,巷道两帮最大位移量为203 mm,有效控制巷道围岩变形,为类似高应力动载巷道围岩控制提供借鉴。In view of the fact that the surrounding rock deformation of the high stress dynamic load roadway is large with many times of repairs,the conventional support means have little effect on controlling the surrounding rock deformation of the roadway.Based on the engineering background of the high stress dynamic load impact roadway in Xinzhi Coal Mine of Huozhou Coal Power,the deformation and failure characteristics and laws of the surrounding rock of the high stress dynamic load impact roadway are analyzed.Based on the energy absorption principle of weak structure of surrounding rock,the numerical calculation model of weak structure of surrounding rock with different particles is established,the energy absorption effect of different particles of weak structure of surrounding rock is analyzed,and the synergistic mechanism of energy absorption and erosion prevention of weak structure and roadway support structure is revealed.Combined with the actual working conditions,the anti-scour technology of built-in steel pipe support wall and weak structure caused by repeated drilling is proposed,and the industrial test is carried out.The test results show that the weak structure energy absorption anti scour and roadway support structure coordinated support technology can effectively achieve the goal that the weak structure energy absorption and anti-scour of roadway surrounding rock will not damage the support structure,thus play the role of“strong in weak”coordinated support.There is no separation phenomenon at the top of the test roadway,the maximum deformation is 32 mm,and the maximum displacement of the two sides of the roadway is 203 mm.The deformation of roadway surrounding rock is effectively controlled with significant effect.It provides reference for surrounding rock control of similar high stress dynamic loading roadway.
