摘  要:作为矿井主要运输系统的辅运大巷服务年限长久,巷道需长期反复进行修缮保护。为了解决复合破碎条件下巷道顶板受压变形管理难度大,巷修期间冒落等问题,以象山煤矿南一辅助运输大巷顶板注浆加固为工程背景,从注浆材料性能、注浆施工设计及效果性评价3个方面进行研究。研发出一种低反应温度、高强度的矿用复合注浆加固材料SCPJG-2。实践表明,该复合破碎顶板巷道围岩注浆加固技术能够有效解决矿井破碎顶板巷道维修的难题,可以为该地区同类型地质条件下的施工提供一定借鉴。As the main transportation system of the mine,the auxiliary transportation roadway has a long service life,and the roadway needs to be repaired and protected repeatedly for a long time.In order to solve problems such as the difficult management of roadway roof compression and deformation under conditions of composite breakage and falling during the roadway repair,the grouting reinforcement of the roof of the south auxiliary transportation roadway of Xiangshan Coal Mine is taken as the engineering background.A low reaction temperature and high strength composite grouting reinforcement material SCPJG-2 was developed after study on grouting material performance,grouting construction design and effect evaluation.The new technology of grouting reinforcement of roadway surrounding rock with composite broken roof can effectively solve the maintenance difficulties of roadway with broken roof,and provide a reference for the construction under the same geological conditions in the region.
