摘　　要：针对选煤厂煤泥处理系统煤泥产品水分较大的问题,对新型煤泥处理系统中核心设备高压隔膜压滤机进行全面分析,并从运行原理、产品结构和经济效益等方面进行了对比。结果表明,在煤泥处理系统中如采用高压隔膜压滤机进行处理煤泥,可进一步有效降低选煤厂煤泥产品的含水量,提高煤泥产品质量,同时经过皮带输送机将煤泥运输到破碎机中进行破碎,可根据煤泥产品发热量的大小,按一定比例掺入到精煤产品或原煤产品中进行销售,不用二次烘干或晾晒来降低煤泥产品中含水量。高压隔膜压滤机的应用有效提升了煤泥产品附加值,提高了煤炭企业的经济效益。This paper mainly addresses the large moisture problem of coal slurry treatment system in coal preparation plant.Through the comprehensive research and analysis of the core equipment of high-pressure diaphragm filter press in the new coal slurry treatment system,the operation principle and economic efficiency after replacing the traditional filter press are compared.Application of high pressure diaphragm filter press in slurry treatment system can further effectively reduce the water content of coal slurry products and improve the quality of coal slurry products.At the same time,when coal slurry is transported via the belt conveyor to crusher,according to the calorific value of coal slurry products,refined coal products or raw coal products is mixed into it for sales without secondary drying and airing to reduce the water content in the coal slurry products,further improving the added value of the coal slurry products and boosting the economic benefits of coal enterprises.
