摘 要:针对黄陵一号煤矿井下采空区涌水为高矿化度矿井水,水中含盐量高、硬度高,排水至地面处理费用较高,且存在环保风险等问题。为了最大程度节约水资源,充分利用井下采空区涌水,根据黄陵一号煤矿井下实际生产用水情况,采用了混凝分离工艺+RO反渗透工艺结合,在井下利用闲置巷道,建立了井下采空区涌水处理复用系统。采空区涌水经过处理后,可达到饮用水标准,同时采用恒压供水装置将清水接入井下供水系统,将处理后的清水作为井下供水系统的补充水源,不仅有效节约了水资源、减少了矿井水的排放量、降低了对矿区周边环境的污染,同时还节省了将采空区涌水排至地面再处理的费用。In light of conditions of Huangling No.1 Coal Mine with high mineral water containing high level of salt with high hardness in the inrushing water of goaf,and the higher cost and environmental risk of discharge to the surface for treatment,in order to save water resource and make fully use of the inrushing water in goaf,and considering the actual situation of water consumption in the mine,we built a goaf in-rushing water treatment and reuse system using coagulation separation+RO anti-permeability processes in unused roadway.The treated inrushing water reaches the standard of drinking water,which is connected to the mine water supply system by constant pressure water supply equipment as supplementary water source,thus not only saving water but also effectively decreasing the discharge volume of mine water,reducing the environmental pollution surrounding the mine area and saving the cost of the inrushing water re-treatment.
