摘  要:针对无机加固材料和普通有机加固材料在井下开采应用中出现的反应温度较高、粘结度差、易发火等问题,采用实验室试验和理论分析相结合的研究方法,对研发的新型低温高分子加固材料的主要性能进行测试,并根据叙永一矿1599工作面顶板破碎情况进行注浆加固方案设计和现场应用。结果表明,新型低温加固材料的浆液粘度、固化时间、反应温度、闪点、阻燃性能以及力学性能等主要性能指标均优于国家标准要求;采用新型有机高分子超低温加固材料对支架上部破碎岩体及煤壁前方顶板进行预注浆加固,注浆施工采用深、浅孔结合,同时兼顾加固与堵水双重作用;1599工作面顶板注浆加固后,上覆岩层强度变大,承载能力随之变强,工作面液压支架阻力平均值均低于支架的额定工作阻力值,注浆加固效果良好。In view of the problems of high reaction temperature,poor bonding degree and easy ignition in the application of inorganic reinforcement materials and ordinary organic reinforcement materials in underground mining,the mechanical properties of new low-temperature polymer reinforcement materials were tested by laboratory test and theoretical analysis.According to the roof crushing problem of 1599 working face in Xuyong No.1 Coal Mine,the grouting reinforcement scheme was designed.The results show that the main performance indexes such as slurry viscosity,solidifying time,reaction temperature,flash point,flame retardancy and mechanical properties of the new low temperature reinforcement material are better than the national standard requirements.The new organic polymer ultra-low temperature reinforcement material is used to pre-grouting the broken rock mass on the upper part of the support and the roof in front of the coal wall.The grouting construction adopts the combination of deep and shallow holes,and takes into account the dual effects of reinforcement and water plugging.After the roof grouting reinforcement of the 1599 working face,the strength of the overlying strata becomes greater and the bearing capacity stronger.The average resistance of the hydraulic support in the working face is lower than the rated working resistance value of the support,and the grouting reinforcement effect is good.
