摘 要:煤岩复合顶板自稳能力较差极易发生无显著征兆的突发性离层冒落。文章以西掌煤矿15103运输巷配巷为工程背景,采用钻孔窥视、数值模拟和理论计算相结合的方法对复合顶板支护参数开展研究。结果表明:15103运输巷配巷顶板中存在厚度为0.8~0.9 m的煤层夹矸,煤层夹矸与上部坚硬K 2石灰岩存在离层风险。15103运输巷配巷采用3 m加长锚杆和锚索的联合支护方式,现场应用后顶底板移近量最大为143 mm,两帮移近量最大为108 mm,优化后的支护方案取得良好的支护效果,为同类复合顶板巷道支护参数设计提供借鉴。The self-stability of coal-rock composite roof is poor,and it is easy to occur sudden separated layer caving without obvious sign.Based on the engineering background of 15103 transportation roadway in Xizhang Coal Mine,the paper studies the parameters of composite roof support by means of borehole peering,numerical simulation and theoretical calculation.The results show that there is coal gangue with thickness of 0.8~0.9 m in the roof of 15103 roadway,and there is risk of separation between coal gangue and hard k 2 limestone.15103 transportation roadway adopts the combined support method of 3 m lengthened bolt and anchor cable.After field application,the maximum displacement of roof and floor is 143 mm,and the maximum displacement of two sides is 108 mm,the optimized support scheme achieves good support effect,which provides reference for the design of support parameters of similar compound roof roadways.
