摘 要:本文基于Kormos第二语言产出模型,采用自然实验法,以某大学英语专业一年级60名学生为被试,研究了基于图片叙述任务的被试口语流利性与其交际充分性的关系。研究发现,被试口语流利性对其交际充分性有显著的预测力。具体来看,被试口语速度流利性和其交际充分性呈现显著正相关;被试口语故障流利性的平均静止停顿次数、平均填充停顿次数和交际充分性存在显著负相关,但平均停顿长度和交际充分性并不存在显著相关关系。研究者认为大学英语专业学习者口语能力发展需要增强学习者口语交际语境意识,需要设置指导性的练习以及选择合理难度的口语任务。Based on Kormos’s Second Language Output Model,this study,applying natural experiment method,and taking sixty freshmen of College English Majors as the research subjects,mainly explores the relations between the oral English fluency and their communicative adequacy in picture-narratingtask.The findings are as follows:the subjects’oral fluency is a significant predictor of their communicative adequacy.Specifically,participants show a significant positive correlation between their oral speed fluency and their communicative adequacy.There is a significant negative correlation between the average silent pauses,average filled pauses and communicative adequacy.But there is no significant correlation between average pause length and communicative adequacy.Hence,it is suggested that the development of college English majors’oral English communicative adequacy relies on arousing their contextual awareness,designing guided oral drills and oral tasks with proper difficulty.
