摘　　要：由产气荚膜梭菌引起的牛魏氏梭菌病是一种发病十分迅速、病程较短且病死率高的急性传染病。该病致病原因复杂,无明显临床症状,病牛突然死亡,严重影响养殖户的收益和养牛业的发展。吉林省白城市某大型奶牛场14头奶牛突然猝死,死亡牛只抽搐休克、角弓反张、共济失调,根据临床症状、病理剖检、细菌分离培养及生化鉴定结果,确诊病死牛为魏氏梭菌感染,对发病原因进行了分析,提出了预防、治疗建议,有效控制了病情。Clostridium perfringens-induced bovine clostridiosis is an acute infectious disease with rapid onset,short duration,and high mortality.The causes of the disease are complex,and no obvious clinical symptoms.Sudden death has a serious impact on the livelihoods of farmers and the development of the cattle industry.Fourteen cows of a large dairy farm in Baicheng City suddenly died of convulsive shock,opisthotonus and ataxia.According to the clinical symptoms,case autopsy,bacterial isolation and culture,and biochemical identification results,it was confirmed that the dead cows were infected with Clostridium welchii.The cause of the disease was analyzed,and suggestions for prevention,treatment and other aspects were given to effectively control the disease.
