莒县人间布病流行特征及布病总体防控工作探讨

摘　　要：为了给莒县布病防控提供参考依据,收集莒县2018年以来人间布病数据,并对布病发病趋势、发病原因、发病区域、发病年龄进行调查分析。结果显示:2018年以来,莒县累计报告人间布病255例,发病人数呈逐年上升的趋势,发病人群从羊(牛)饲养、贩卖和屠宰人群向多行业人群辐射,发病病例从2018年涉及的10个乡镇(街道)扩展到17个乡镇(街道),发病区域随养殖区域不断扩大,发病年龄从高龄化逐渐向低龄化发展;从发病季节性看,布病发生无明显季节性,全年均可发病传播。当前,一段时间内莒县人间布病流行有增加趋势,根据对莒县人间布病发病原因和存在问题进行分析,提出了布病的整体防控策略。In order to provide references for the prevention and control of human brucellosis in Ju County,the data of human brucellosis since 2018 were collected,and the incidence trend,pathogenesis,diseased area and age of brucellosis were investigated and analyzed.The results showed that since 2018,a total of 255 human brucellosis cases have been reported in Ju County,and the number of cases has been increasing year by year.The incidence of human brucellosis has been spread from sheep(cattle)raising,selling and slaughtering ones to more people from multiple industries.The incidence of brucellosis has expanded from 10 town streets to 17 since 2018,the incidence area has expanded with the breeding area,and the age of onset gradually developed from older to younger.From the perspective of seasonality,brucellosis had no obvious seasonality and could spread throughout the year.At present,the epidemic of human brucellosis is increasing in Ju County.Based on the analysis of the pathogenesis and existing problems of human brucellosis in Ju County,the overall prevention and control strategy of human brucellosis were put forward.
