摘  要:为了解决当前计量器具监管方法存在的监管效率低、精度差的问题,提出基于IPv6和物联网的计量器具在线监管系统设计方案。系统硬件由数据采集模块、数据校验模块、溯源模块、存储模块以及报警模块组成,实现被篡改计量器具的跟踪定位,发出相应报警提醒;计算采集数据与标准数据间比值误差,分析计量器具误差,通过驱动模块将多类型的计量器具整合在一起,提高了监管的效率。通过对比实验的结果证明,该监管系统在用户并发数为900个时,吞吐率最高可达到11次/s,平均请求等待时长能够始终低于0.1 ms,CPU内存始终不超过25%,具有较高的监管精度和效率,监管均衡性好,不会受计量器具数量影响降低监管质量。In order to solve the problems of low regulatory efficiency and poor accuracy in the current regulatory methods for measuring instruments,a design scheme for an online monitoring system for mea⁃suring instruments based on IPv6 and the Internet of Things is proposed.The system hardware consists of a data acquisition module,a data verification module,a traceability module,a storage module,and an alarm module,to achieve tracking and positioning of tampered measuring instruments and issue corre⁃sponding alarm reminders.Calculate the ratio error between collected data and standard data,analyze the error of measuring instruments,and integrate multiple types of measuring instruments together through the driver module,improving the efficiency of monitoring.Through comparative experiments,it has been proven that when the number of concurrent users is 900,the monitoring system can achieve a maximum throughput rate of 11 times/s,an average request waiting time of always less than 0.1 ms,and CPU memory of always less than 25%.It has high monitoring accuracy and efficiency,good supervision balance,and will not be affected by the number of measuring instruments to reduce the quality of moni⁃toring.
