摘  要:具有高生物活性的复合材料已成为生物材料研究领域的重点内容。本文采用溶胶-凝胶法成功制备了以生物活性玻璃(PDMS-BG)为基质,以改性微晶纤维素m MCC作增质剂的生物复合材料m MCC-PDMS-BG。研究了不同含量的m MCC对生物复合材料成型能力和生物活性的影响。结果表明,加入含量小于1.0wt%m MCC的生物复合材料表面产生均匀的孔结构,大部分m MCC都包埋在PDMS-BG溶液中,说明改性微晶纤维素与基质之间的相互作用力增强。将m MCC-PDMS-BG生物复合材料在SBF中培养3d后,通过FT-IR、XRD、SEM和EDS图谱分析表明,复合材料具有良好的生物活性,并且含量为1.0wt%m MCC的m MCC-PDMS-BG生物复合材料具有较为显著的生物矿化能力。m MCC-PDMS-BG生物复合材料有可能用作骨替代、骨修复或者医药载体材料。Composites materials with high biological activity have become the focus of biomaterials research.In this paper,a biocomposite material mMCC-PDMS-BG was successfully prepared by a sol-gel method with bioactive glass(PDMS-BG)as matrix and modified microcrystalline cellulose mMCC as texturizer.The effects of different contents of mMCC on the forming ability and bioactivity of biocomposites were investigated.The results showed that the surface of the biocomposite with less than 1.0 wt%mMCC produced a uniform pore structure,and most of the mMCC was embedded in the PDMS-BG solution,indicated that the interaction between the modified microcrystalline cellulose and the matrix was enhanced.After incubating the samples of mMCC-PDMS-BG biocomposites in SBF for 3 days,the analysis of FT-IR,XRD,SEM and EDS patterns showed that the composites had good bioactivity,and the mMCC-PDMS-BG biocomposites with 1.0 wt%mMCC had significant biomineralization ability.The mMCC-PDMS-BG biocomposite may be used as a bone substitute or bone repair or medical carrier material.
