摘  要:本文采用微波消解对铁矿渣样品进行前处理,建立了使用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)同时测定铁矿渣样品中主量元素镁、钛、钒、锰、钡的分析方法。结果表明,微波消解法-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱测定5种元素的方法线性相关系数均在0.999以上,方法检出限为0.0040~0.016mg·kg^(-1),加标回收率为98.80%~103.3%,相对偏差为0.74%~3.5%。该方法灵敏度、加标回收率和精密度高,同时前处理耗酸量少,消解时间短,适用于铁矿渣中镁、钛、钒、锰、钡的快速、准确测定。In this paper,a method for the simultaneous determination of magnesium,titanium,vanadium,manganese and barium in iron slag samples by ICP-OES after microwave digestion was established.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of microwave digestion ICP-OES for the determination of five elements were above 0.999,the detection limit was 0.0040-0.016mg·kg^(-1),and the recovery rate was 98.80%~103.3%,and the relative deviation was 0.74%~3.5%.The microwave digestion method has high sensitivity,recovery and precision,less acid consumption in pretreatment and a short digestion time.It is suitable for accurately determining magnesium,titanium,vanadium,manganese and barium in iron slag.
