摘 要:以甘蔗为原料制备生物炭,以NaOH、NaCl、稀HNO3为活化剂进行活化,对聚壳糖进行改性制得土壤稳定化材料聚壳糖改性甘蔗基生物炭,探究聚壳糖改性甘蔗基生物炭制备过程中不同活化剂、不同聚壳糖负载量对污染土壤中铅、锌的稳定化效果。结果表明,活化生物炭效果最优的活化剂为稀HNO3;聚壳糖改性剂最优添加量在0.5%~0.75%之间,且少量聚壳糖即可显著提升生物炭对污染土壤中铅、锌的稳定化效果;炭材料的最佳添加剂量为稳定性实验土壤质量的8%。Sugarcane was used as raw material to prepare biochar.Sodium hydroxide,sodium chloride and dilute nitric acid were used as activators for activation,and chitosan was modified to obtain soil stabilization material chitosan modified sugarcane-based biochar.The stabilization effects of different activators and different chitosan loadings on lead and zinc in contaminated soil during the preparation of chitosan modified sugarcanebased biochar was investigated.The results showed that the optimal activator for activating biochar was dilute nitric acid;the optimum adding amount of chitosan modifier was 0.5%~0.75%,and a small amount of chitosan could significantly improve the stabilization effect of biochar on lead and zinc in contaminated soil.The optimum additive amount of carbon material was 8%of the soil mass in stability test.
