摘  要:本文以丙烯酰胺、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸、二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵、乙烯吡咯烷酮为聚合单体,制备出两性离子型四元共聚物DAP-4,并将其与羧甲基纤维素钠、油酸聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、月桂酰胺丙基磺基甜菜碱以质量比11:5:2:1:1悬浮分散于白油中,制备出有效成分含量40wt%的多功能压裂液稠化剂DGN,用于实现连续混配。室内评价结果显示,DGN耐矿化度效果极佳,矿化度5×10^(4)mg·L^(-1)条件下,溶解时间小于40s,0.1wt%加量配制的滑溜水体系减阻率高于75%,破胶液对储层岩石润湿性极佳,对模拟原油的渗吸置换率达43%;0.5wt%加量下配制的胶液呈现出良好的增稠性,95℃条件下呈现出良好的耐温耐剪切性,其破胶液岩芯伤害率仅为3.24%,表面张力低至25mN·m^(-1)左右,残渣含量几乎为零。Iln this paper,the zwitterion quaternary copolymer DAP-4 was prepared by using acrylamide,2-acrylamide-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid,diallyldimethylammonium chloride,and vinylpyrrolidone as polymerization monomer,and was suspended and dispersed in white oil,mixing with sodium carboxymethyl cellulose,polyoxyethylene oleate,dodecylphenol polyoxyethylene ether,and lauramide propylsulfonate betaine in a mass ratio of 11:5:2:1:1,a multifunctional fracturing fluid thickener DGN with an effective component content of 40wt%for continuous mixing was prepared.The indoor evaluation results showed that DGN has excellent resistance to mineralization,with a mineralization degree of 5×10^(4)mg·L^(-1),the dissolution time is less than 40s,and the drag reduction rate of the smooth water system prepared with a dosage of 0.1wt%is higher than 75%.The gel breaking fluid has excellent wettability for reservoir rocks,with a permeability and oil displacement rate of 43%;The gel solution prepared at a 0.5%dosage exhibits good thickening properties,and exhibits good shear and heat resistance performance at 95℃.Its gel breaker core damage is only 3.24%,and its surface tension is around 25mN·m^(-1),and the insolvable residue is near to zero.
