摘  要:针对低渗油田注水压力高的问题,研发了一种18-3-6双子表面活性剂,并通过室内实验考察了18-3-6的性能及降压增注效果。实验结果表明,当18-3-6表面活性剂浓度为600mg·L^(-1)时,界面张力达到0.052mN·m^(-1),且能有效防止黏土膨胀。岩芯驱替实验结果表明,当其浓度为600~1000mg·L^(-1),注入3PV的18-3-6降压增注效果最为明显,降压幅度最高可达28.97%,提高水相渗透率最高达22.85%。因此,表面活性剂18-3-6对低渗油藏开发具有良好的应用前景。In response to the problem of high injection pressure in low permeability oil fields,an 18-3-6 twin surfactant was developed and the performance of 18-3-6 and the effect of pressure reduction and injection increase were investigated through indoor tests.The experiments proved that the interfacial tension reached 0.052 mN·m^(-1)when the concentration of 18-3-6 surfactant was 600mg·L^(-1),and it could effectively prevent the effect of clay swelling.The results of core replacement experiments show that when its concentration is 600~1000mg·L^(-1),the 18-3-6 injected into 3PV has the most obvious effect of pressure reduction and injection increase,with a maximum pressure reduction of 28.97%and an increase in water phase permeability of up to 22.85%.Therefore,surfactant 18-3-6 has good application prospects for the development of low-permeability reservoirs.
