摘 要:为进一步提高肥皂的性能,提出以废油脂和NaOH作为基础原料,结合皂化反应的原理,对肥皂的制备过程进行优化。结果表明,通过红外光谱图可知存在乙酸乙酯的吸收峰,且可通过吸收峰计算皂化率;肥皂制备的最佳工艺为:废油脂量25g,皂化时间4h,皂化温度100℃,碱液∶油脂=1∶2,碱液浓度为30%,此条件下制备的肥皂皂化率最高,由此表明以上制备工艺可行。In order to further improve the performance of soap,it is proposed to optimize the preparation process of soap by using waste grease and NaOH as basic raw materials and combining the principle of saponification reaction.The results showed that there was an absorption peak of ethyl acetate in the infrared spectrum,and the saponification rate could be calculated from the absorption peak;The optimal process for soap preparation is as fllows:the amount of waste grease is 25g,the saponification time is 4h,the saponification temperature is 100℃,the lye:grease=1:2,and the concentration of lye is 30%.The highest saponification rate of the soap prepared under this condition shows that the above preparation process is feasible.
