摘 要:以超长自由曲面预应力混凝土薄壳结构——第十届中国花卉博览会世纪馆为例,为进一步明确薄壳结构的极限承载力及破坏过程,建立了混凝土薄壳模型并进行弹塑性全过程分析。采用ABAQUS提供的隐式动力算法对壳体结构进行拟静力分析,该算法不仅具有较好的收敛性,且不存在显示动力算法的累积误差问题,兼具精度和效率。结果表明:壳体破坏过程为悬挑区先发生破坏,进而柱间混凝土产生较大的受压损伤,最终东侧壳体中部区域发生破坏,结构的极限承载力能满足规范要求。此外对世纪馆结构进行参数分析,讨论了矢跨比、混凝土强度等级、壳体厚度、预应力大小以及配筋率对极限承载力的影响,结果表明上述参数中,矢跨比的影响较为明显,而壳体配筋率对壳体极限承载力的影响不显著。Taking the ultra-long free-form prestressed concrete thin-shell structure—the Century Pavilion in 10th China Flower Expo as an example,in order to further clarify the ultimate capacity and failure process of the thin-shell structure,a concrete thin-shell model was established to carry out the whole process analysis of elastoplastic.The implicit dynamic algorithm provided by ABAQUS was used to conduct quasi-static analysis of the shell structure.The algorithm not only has better convergence,but also does not have the cumulative error of the explicit dynamic algorithm,and it has both accuracy and efficiency.The results show that the failure process of shell structure is that the overhanging area is damaged first,and then the concrete between the columns has more serious compression damage,and finally the middle area of middle area of the east shell is damaged,and the ultimate capacity of the structure can satisfy the requirements of the code.In addition,the parameters of the Century Pavilion structure were analyzed,and the influence of rise-span ratio concrete strength grade,shell thickness,pre-stress level and reinforcement ratio on the ultimate capacity was discussed.The results show that among the above parameters,the effect of the rise-span ratio is more obvious,and the reinforcement ratio has almost no effect on the ultimate bearing capacity of the shell.
