摘 要:第十届中国花卉博览会世纪馆大跨度旋转楼梯累计旋转角度1 080°,最大悬挑尺寸为9.8m。为满足建筑对楼梯形态的要求,整个旋转楼梯结构采用以内梯梁为支撑的单边悬挑结构体系。以SAP2000建立简化分析模型,并对不同边界条件进行对比分析。结果表明采用边界铰接模型可以大幅降低梯梁的应力比,而竖向位移并未显著增大。采用三向人行激励荷载对旋转楼梯舒适度问题进行分析,由于其复杂的空间螺旋特性,人行激励下存在较大的竖向和横向加速度,未能满足规范要求,需采用TMD减振措施来缓解人行荷载下的舒适度问题。此外由于弧形梯梁单边悬挑,存在较大扭矩,受力状态比较复杂。分别从强度、局部稳定和整体稳定三个方面对旋转楼梯进行校核,并采用ABAQUS有限元软件对旋转楼梯壳元模型和简化模型进行对比分析。结果表明:简化模型与壳元模型计算结果相近,并且弧形梯梁的强度、局部稳定以及楼梯整体稳定均能满足规范要求,且具有一定的安全储备。Large-span spiral staircase of the Century Pavilion in 10th China Flower Expo has a cumulative rotation angle of 1 080°and a maximum overhang size of 9.8m.In order to meet the requirements of the building for the shape of the staircase,the entire spiral staircase structure adopts a single-sided cantilever structure system supported by internal ladder beams.A simplified analysis model was established with SAP2000,and different boundary conditions were compared and analyzed.The results show that the boundary hinged model is used to greatly reduce the stress ratio of the ladder beam,but the vertical displacement did not increase significantly.The three-way pedestrian excitation load was used to analyze the comfort problem of the spiral staircase.Due to its complicated spatial spiral characteristics,there is a large vertical and lateral acceleration under pedestrian excitation,which fails to meet the requirements of the specification.TMD damping measures must be adopted to alleviate the comfort problem under pedestrian load.In addition,due to the single-sided cantilever of the curved ladder beam,there is a large torque,and the force state is more complicated.The spiral staircase from the three aspects of strength,local stability and overall stability was checked,and ABAQUS finite element software was used to compare and analyze spiral staircase shell element model with the simplified model.The results show that the calculation results of the simplified model and the shell element model are similar,and the strength,local stability of the curved ladder beam and the overall stability of the staircase can meet the requirements of the specification,and there is a certain safety reserve.
