摘  要:为满足建筑效果与受力性能需要,第十届中国花卉博览会世纪馆采用变截面铸钢柱脚。结合铸钢件的受力特点初步设计铸钢件的截面尺寸,并采用有限元软件ABAQUS,基于不同截面、轴力及柱高的有限元模型,对柱的抗侧刚度进行参数化分析。结果表明:柱脚在设计荷载下满足承载力要求;柱的轴力通过压力和剪力传递至铸钢颈部,按悬臂板计算顶部托盘的厚度过大;柱脚底板下的压应力并非均匀分布,局压面积取底板面积将高估局压承载力,采用均布反力假定确定的柱脚底板厚度过于保守;钢柱的抗侧刚度介于铰接与刚接之间;变截面简化模型的抗侧刚度与有限元结果吻合,在整体模型中钢柱采用该简化模型可较好地反映柱脚节点的连接形式。In order to meet the needs of architectural effect and mechanical performance,Century Pavilion in 10th China Flower Expo adopts cast steel column bases with variable section.Combined with the mechanical properties of the steel casting,the section size of the steel casting was preliminarily designed.Based on the finite element model of different section,axial force and column height,parametric analysis of the lateral stiffness of the column was carried out by using the finite element software ABAQUS.The results show that the column bases meet the bearing capacity requirements under the design load.Axial force of the column is transferred to the cast steel neck through pressure and shear force.Thickness of the top plate calculated by the cantilever plate is too large.Compressive stress under the base plates of the column bases are not uniformly distributed,and the local pressure bearing capacity is overestimated when the local pressure area is equal to the area of base plate,and the thickness of the column base plate determined by the assumption of uniform reaction force is conservative.Lateral stiffness of steel column is between hinge and rigid joints.The lateral stiffness of the simplified model with variable section is consistent with the finite element results,and the simplified model used in the overall model can reflect the connection form of the column base joints well.
