摘 要:在核电厂房钢板混凝土结构设计中,SC-RC一字型对接节点是常用的构造形式。为研究该节点的受力性能,设计了4个足尺的节点试件,分析其传力机理、可靠性、破坏形态、极限承载力、极限变形能力及其在弯矩和面外剪力作用下的滞回特性,探究不同的连接构造对节点性能的影响。试验结果表明:在受力性能方面,SC-RC一字型对接墙连接节点性能取决于较弱一侧的RC构件性能;在构造措施方面,RC墙纵筋伸入SC墙40d的锚固长度是足够的,SC-RC交界面有无设置抗剪键对节点性能影响不大。In the design of steel plate concrete(SC) structure of nuclear power plant,SC-RC flat-connection is a common form.In order to study the mechanical performance of the joint,four full-size joint specimens were designed to analyze the strength of the transmission machine,reliability,failure modes,ultimate bearing capacity,ultimate deformation capacity and the hysteresis characteristic under the action of bending moment and external shear force,and to explore the influence of different connection structures on the performance of the joint.The test results show that in terms of mechanical properties,the performance of SC-RC flat-connection is dependent on the performance of the weaker.In terms of structural measures,the length of RC wall reinforcements extending into SC wall 40d is sufficient,and whether SC-RC interface is set with shear lug has little impact on the connection.
