摘 要:北美冷弯型钢结构设计规范(AISI S100—2016)(简称为AISI S100—2016)给出了腹板开孔冷弯槽钢轴压构件承载力的直接强度法设计公式,然而用于推导该设计公式的试验数据来自于边界条件不是铰接的轴压构件。为了进一步完善两端铰接腹板开孔冷弯槽钢轴压构件直接强度法承载力设计公式,采用有限元程序ANSYS对已有两端铰接腹板开孔冷弯槽钢轴压构件试验进行了模拟,验证有限元分析的可行性。在此基础上,对不同卷边宽度、腹板高度、柱长和板厚的两端铰接腹板开孔冷弯槽钢轴压构件承载力进行有限元参数分析,将分析结果与AISI S100—2016中直接强度法设计公式的计算结果进行对比。结果表明:采用AISI S100—2016直接强度法设计公式计算两端铰接腹板开孔冷弯槽钢轴压构件承载力偏于不安全,最后对AISI S100—2016的直接强度法设计公式进行了修正。North American specification for the design of cold-formed steel structural members(AISI S100—2016)(abbreviated AISI S100—2016)provides a direct strength method design formula for the bearing capacity of cold-formed steel axial compression members with web openings.However,the test data used to derive the design formula come from the axial compression members with non hinged boundary conditions.In order to further improve the bearing capacity design formula of cold-formed steel axial compression members with with web openings at both ends by direct strength method,the finite element program ANSYS was used to simulate the existing test of cold-form steel axial compression members with web openings at both ends to verify the feasibility of finite element analysis.On this basis,the finite element parametric analysis of the bearing capacity of cold-formed steel axial compression members with web openings at both ends under different hemming width,web height,column length and plate thickness was carried out,and the analysis results were compared with the calculation results by a direct strength method design formula in AISI S100—2016.The results show that it is unsafe to use the direct strength method design formula in AISI S100—2016 to calculate the bearing capacity of cold-formed channel steel axial compression members with web openings at both ends.Finally,the direct strength method design formula in AISI S100—2016 is modified.
