摘  要:纵肋叠合剪力墙结构体系中混凝土浇筑孔采用波纹管成型,具有减少脱模工作、降低加工难度、提高整体性等优点,为研究浇筑孔采用波纹管成型做法对墙体抗震性能的影响,设计了6个足尺剪力墙试件并进行低周往复荷载试验,对有波纹管与无波纹管纵肋叠合剪力墙试件在不同轴压比、剪跨比情况下的受力性能进行对比分析。试验结果表明,试验参数相同时,有波纹管试件的破坏模式、裂缝分布、承载力、刚度、侧向变形、耗能能力等受力性能与无波纹管试件基本一致,浇筑孔采用波纹管成型做法是可行的,可按与现浇结构相同的方法进行此类装配整体式剪力墙构件的设计。In the structural system of superposed shear wall with rib,the advantages of reducing demolding work,reducing forming difficulty,and improving integrity can be achieved,when the concrete pouring hole is formed by corrugate pipe.To study the effect of new forming method on seismic performance,6 full-scale shear wall specimens were designed and tested under low cyclic loading,and the mechanical properties of the specimens with and without corrugated pipe under different axial compression ratio and shear span ratio were analyzed.The test results show that the failure mode,the fracture distribution,the bearing capacity,the stiffness,the lateral deformation and the energy dissipation capacity of the specimens with corrugated pipe were consistent with that without corrugated pipe under the same condition.It is feasible to form the concrete pouring hole by corrugated pipe and the design of the structure of superposed shear wall with rib with corrugated pipe can be carried out in the same way as that of the cast-in-place structure.
