摘 要:为解决非烧结混凝土多孔砖采用回弹法检测与实际抗压强度结果相差较大的问题,依托实际项目对非烧结混凝土多孔砖取样,采用回弹法和室内单轴抗压试验检测混凝土多孔砖的抗压强度。通过数据拟合回归分析、标准值修正和有效面积折减三种方法对《非烧结砖砌体现场检测技术规程》(JGJ/T 371—2016)计算抗压换算强度的公式进行修正,得到计算公式的修正系数为1.35,并验证了修正系数可广泛应用于空心率约为30%的混凝土双排多孔砖检测中。In order to solve the problem that the rebound method and actual compressive strength results of the non-fired concrete perforated brick differ greatly,samples of non-fired concrete perforated brick based on actual projects were taken,rebound method and indoor uniaxial compression strength testing were used to test the compressive strength of it.The formula for calculating converted value of compressive strength in Technical specification for in-site testing of non fired block masonry(JGJ/T 371—2016) corrected by three methods:regression analysis of data fitting,standard value correction and effective area reduction.The correction factor of the formula is 1.35,which is verified and can be widely used in the testing of double row concrete perforated brick with about 30% hollow ratio.
