摘　　要：口干是头颈肿瘤患者放射治疗后的常见副作用,严重影响患者后期康复和生活质量。针灸作为一种补充和替代医学疗法,在放射性口干的应用中表现出一定的优势。本综述总结了针灸治疗放射性口干的最新研究,分析了其中的机制、穴位选择及干预效果,并提出了对未来研究的展望。Xerostomia is a typical side effect following radiotherapy in head and neck cancer patients,which makes rehabilitation and life difficult.Acupuncture appears to have some benefits in the treatment of xerostomia as a complementary and alternative medical therapy.This review summarizes some of the most recent research on acupuncture for xerostomia,analyzes the mechanisms,acupoint selection,and acupuncture effects,and makes recommendations for further research.
