摘　　要：目的对加速康复外科多学科团队协作模式(ERAS-MDT)在国内外日间手术中应用的相关研究进行综述,以期为日间手术病房多学科团队的建设及研究提供参考。方法依据Arksey等报告的范围综述方法学的步骤,本研究系统检索数据库中的相关研究,按照纳入和排除标准对文献进行筛选,并对整合纳入的文献进行分析。结果最终纳入16篇符合标准的文献,从模式内涵、模式特点、障碍因素等方面进行分析。结论在日间手术中应用ERAS-MDT能够适应临床医学康复理念的发展,有利于改善患者的术后结局,仍需进一步针对具体日间手术的不同方式深化加速康复理念下团队协作模式的实践。Objective To review the relevant research on the application of enhanced recovery after surgerymultidisciplinary team(ERAS-MDT)model in day surgery at home and abroad,and provide reference for the construction and research of multidisciplinary team in day surgery ward.Methods According to the steps of the scope review methodology reported by Arksey et al.,this study systematically searched the relevant studies in the database,screened the literatures according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and integrated the included literatures for analysis.Results A total of 16 articles that met the criteria were included and analyzed from the aspects of connotations,characteristics,and barriers factors.Conclusion The application of ERAS-MDT model in day surgery can adapt to the development of clinical medical rehabilitation concept,which is conducive to improving the postoperative outcomes of patients.It is necessary to further deepen the practice of team cooperation model under the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery according to different ways of specific day surgery.
