摘  要:目的:处理氯乙烷生产中产生的含锌废水,将处理后的含锌废水用于合成N-氰乙基苯胺。方法:将吸附剂加入氯乙烷生产产生的含锌废水中,去除其中的有机物,考察吸附剂种类、吸附剂形状、吸附剂用量、吸附时间等因素对吸附效果的影响。处理后的含锌废水作为N-氰乙基苯胺合成中的催化剂,并与工业催化剂的效果进行比较。结果:最佳吸附条件:吸附剂为颗粒活性炭,吸附时间为1 h,吸附剂用量为28 g,总有机碳(TOC)去除率可达81.6%。处理后的含锌废水用于合成N-氰乙基苯胺,产品纯度可达95%。结论:含锌废水处理后可用于N-氰乙基苯胺的合成,实现含锌废水的资源化利用。Objective:To treat the zinc-containing wastewater generated in the production of chloroethane,and use the treated zinc-containing wastewater for the systhesis of N-cyanoethylaniline.Methods:The adsorbent was added to the zinc-containing wastewater generated in the production of chloroethane to remove the organic matter in it.The effects of adsorbent type,shape,dosage and adsorption time on the adsorbent were investigated.The treated zinc-containing wastewater was used as catalyst in the synthesis of N-cyanoethylaniline,and the effect was compared with that of industrial catalyst.Results:The optimal adsorption conditions were as follows:the adsorbent was granular activated carbon,the adsorption time was 1 h,the adsorbent dosage was 28 g,and the removal rate of total organic carbon(TOC)could reach 81.6%.The treated zinc-containing wastewater was used to synthesize N-cyanoethylaniline,and the purity of the product could reach 95%.Conclusion:The treated zinc-containing wastewater can be used for the synthesis of N-cyanoethylaniline,achieving the resource utilization of zinc-containing wastewater.
